After the order has been shipped, you will be required to pay the shipping cost for the round-trip shipping fee.  
(The round-trip shipping fee is USD 40.)

You must request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

No exchange/return related to simple change of mind and size/color complaint.

In the case of defective products, please take a picture and send it to "cocoview@cocoview.co.kr" first, and we will take action after checking.

Please note that unauthorized returns are not accepted.
